Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

Welcome to Konklav, a multi-expert AI consultation platform in private beta. Konklav is a project edited on an individual basis, intended to be operated in the future by an entity named Wenexora whose registration is planned after the beta phase. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Konklav platform (hereinafter the “Service”), a project edited on an individual basis and intended to be operated in the future by an entity named Wenexora whose registration is planned after the beta phase.

Konklav is a multi-expert AI consultation platform currently in private beta. It allows users to structure exchanges with specialised artificial-intelligence agents, make decisions and generate exportable reports.

Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • User: any natural or legal person accessing the Service and holding an account.
  • Account: personal space created by the User upon registration.
  • Meeting: a structured conversation session between the User and one or more AI Agents.
  • AI Agent: an artificial-intelligence program simulating a specialised expert (CTO, lawyer, marketer, etc.) within a Meeting.
  • Expert turn: the Service's unit of consumption. One turn corresponds to one user question and all responses from the mobilised agents (regardless of their number). Some actions consume more than one turn (web search, document generation, synthesis).
  • Report: a document automatically generated at the end of a Meeting, summarising the exchanges, decisions and actions.
  • Web Access: a feature allowing AI Agents to perform real-time internet searches during a Meeting.
  • Host: the User who initiates and hosts a Meeting.

3. Registration and user account

3.1 Account creation

Access to the Service is exclusively by nominative invitation or after prior administrative approval of a registration request. No automatic public registration is open. Registration is free, requires a valid email address and a password, and the User warrants the accuracy of the information provided. Any false declaration or use of a third party's invitation without their consent may result in the immediate suspension of the account.

3.2 Account security

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity carried out from their account is deemed to be performed by them. In case of suspected unauthorised use, the User must inform Konklav immediately at: [email protected]

3.3 Suspension and termination

Konklav reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Abuse of the Service (misuse of expert turns, spam, etc.)
  • Prolonged inactivity (12 months without login)

The User may delete their account at any time from their profile settings.

4. Description of the Service

4.1 Main features

Konklav allows the User to:

  • Create Meetings with specialised AI Agents
  • Interact in real time with the Agents via a WebSocket chat
  • Upload files (images, PDF) analysed by the Agents
  • Generate structured exportable reports (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, JSON, Excel, CSV)
  • Benefit from the Agents' web access for real-time searches

4.2 Meeting modes

The Service offers several meeting modes (brainstorm, decision, review, standup) with dynamics tailored to each objective.

4.3 Availability

Konklav undertakes to provide access to the Service 24/7, subject to maintenance operations. The Service is provided “as is”. Konklav does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions.

5. Private beta status and pricing

Konklav is currently in private beta. Access to the Service is exclusively by nominative invitation or via signup with prior administrative approval. No automatic public registration is open.

The beta is entirely free: no credit card is required, and no payment commitment is made during this phase. The Service is provided on an experimental basis, with no commitment of continuity or availability. Konklav reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Users will be reasonably notified in the event of permanent shutdown to allow them to export their data.

Final pricing and subscription terms (plans, included expert turns, prices) will be communicated at the end of the beta phase. Konklav currently consumes expert turns purely as a usage indicator, with no billing or payment commitment during the beta.

6. Data ownership and user content

6.1 Ownership of meeting data

The User remains the owner of all data they enter into the Service: meeting topics, messages, uploaded files, and any content they provide to the AI Agents.

6.2 Licence granted to Konklav

By using the Service, the User grants Konklav a non-exclusive, worldwide and limited licence to process their data solely for the following purposes:

  • Operating the AI Agents and generating responses in real time
  • Producing Meeting reports
  • Ensuring the technical maintenance and security of the Service

This licence ends upon deletion of the data or account by the User.

6.3 Generated reports

Reports generated by the Service are the property of the User. Konklav claims no intellectual property rights over them.

6.4 Prohibited content

The User undertakes not to use the Service to:

  • Generate unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or hateful content

  • Attempt to circumvent the limits of the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, abusive scraping or fraudulent activity

7. Artificial intelligence: limitations and liability

7.3 Agents' web access

When the AI Agents use the web access feature:

  • Konklav does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy or legality of the third-party content retrieved
  • The User is informed that web search results are provided for informational purposes

The User is informed that:

  • Messages exchanged with the Agents are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing
  • Anthropic acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR
  • A Data Processing Agreement governs this processing

8.2 Data transfers outside the EU

The use of Anthropic involves a transfer of data to the United States. In accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, this transfer is governed by:

  • The European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) (implementing decision 2021/914)

The AI agents provide perspectives and analyses for informational purposes and do not replace the advice of a qualified professional (lawyer, doctor, accountant, etc.) for any binding decision. Konklav's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages within the limits permitted by French law.

Konklav cannot be held liable for:

  • Decisions made by the User based on the AI outputs
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure, maintenance, or inherent to the experimental beta phase

10.2 User's liability

The User is responsible for their use of the Service and the content they submit to it. They indemnify Konklav against any third-party claim arising from their use of the Service.

11. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer User has a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

Exception: in accordance with Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if performance of the Service has begun, with the User's agreement, before the end of the withdrawal period.
